NGHS was delighted to support Young Minds on Friday for World Mental Health Awareness Day. The school was transformed into a sea of yellow with balloons, bunting and displays. Staff enjoyed a distanced wellbeing chat in the main hall at breaktime as well as some specially crafted cookies, which were equally popular with students in the Dining Room. Students wore an item of yellow clothing, watched an awareness video in form time and our Wellbeing Officers, Mrs Martin and Mrs Danby, were, as ever, on hand to discuss anything of concern with students.
