The Governing Body has issued a notice concerning admissions for September 2019. This information has been circulated to the email addresses provided for parents of girls who sat the Entrance Test with an interest in NGHS for September 2019 entry. No other year groups are affected. Read more

Alumnae Reunion

Over half term, a group of students who left NGHS in 1983 returned, together with some former teachers to tour the school.   Miss Clarke was on hand to offer a guided tour of the buildings and answered questions about how the school has changed. Read more

Innovative Revision Evening

Last week, our year 13 physicists visited Jodrell Bank, the third largest moveable radio wave telescope in the world. A workshop on ‘how telescopes work’ taught us the reasons why radio waves are the only waves in the electromagnetic spectrum that can be located on earth. Read more

Gold Crest Awards

NGHS congratulates our Year 13 Gold Crest students who presented the findings from the scientific studies at Harper Adams University last week.
