Every half term, each teacher for the different classes in school selects a student who they feel is worthy of the title of 'Student of the Half Term'. This could be awarded for a multitude of reasons including: outstanding classwork or homework, significant improvement, excellent assessment scores, inspiring and helping other students and a whole host of other things.
All of the students who receive an award are displayed in school on a special notice board and there is always eager anticipation amongst the classes to see who has won!
