Between 2021-2024, NGHS was the DFE's Flexible Working Ambassador School for the West Midlands region.

We engaged, formally, with around 20 schools and Trusts to promote the work we have done in improving flexible working opportunities and work-life balance for our valued team at NGHS.  We also spoke to large audiences at conferences, meetings and MAT/Headteacher briefings.
