Introducing Academy
Academy, previously known as Catering Academy, has been operating for fourteen years, providing great service and a quality food offer across our portfolio of clients. Having undergone an exciting rebrand to Academy, the education brand within the Atalian Servest Group, we have the sole purpose of providing a tailored food service specifically designed for the education sector. Today, Academy serves delicious meals to pupils of all age groups across the country. We are dedicated to delivering real focus on healthy eating, sustainability, and a quality service offer for the students at Newport Girls High School.
Food Provenance
Food provenance is crucial to our service delivery model, committed to providing your children with the best produce available, with a focus on seasonal and reasonably sourced ingredients. We will only use free-range eggs, Red Tractor certified meat and dairy product suppliers, and ensure that all the fish we cook adheres to Marine Stewardship Council Standards. All suppliers, including those local to Newport Girls High School are carefully vetted, selected and are able to demonstrate a clear provenance path form field to fork.
Academy Contact
The team at the school, lead by our Chef manager Leesa prepare several hot and chilled menu offerings daily as shown within the three week menu cycle.

Cashless System
Academy, at Newport Girls' High School have now moved to a cashless system. Students identify themselves at the point-of-sale with their fingerprint to purchase any food items during morning break and lunch services.
Existing parents/guardians can top up by logging in to their Scopay account and adding funds to the Cashless Catering option.
