The first port of call at NGHS is your daughter’s form tutor. If your matter is urgent, you may wish to contact your daughter’s Head of Year.

If your matter relates to a safeguarding issue, please address your concern to the Acting Designated Safeguarding Lead, Miss Webster or the Headteacher.

Out of Hours

If you need to contact a member of the senior leadership team about an urgent matter such as an accident or injury to a member of the school community or as a member of the emergency services, please use urgent@nghs.org.uk. This mailbox is monitored at least once daily throughout all weekends and holiday periods. You must include your name, address, contact number and full details of the urgent issue. The email address must not be misused for none urgent cases. Parents are asked to include:

1) Their child's name

2) Their name

3) A contact number

4) A description of the issue
