The governors of NGHS wish to appoint a Wellbeing Officer to join our selective girls' school. NGHS was ranked #1 in Shropshire in 2018 for academic results, but achievement is not only found in the classroom. NGHS is a very rewarding school in which to work at any point in your career. We are ideally looking for an colleague with experience of supporting young people in overcoming barriers to learning (whether that be issues outside of school, attendance, parental support etc.) as well as the empathy to relate well to girls aged 11-16. Full details are in the pack which can be downloaded below.

NGHS is committed to safer recruitment practices. An enhanced DBS check is required and references will be taken up for all shortlisted candidates.
