Building Watch

Thanks to our supportive parents.

We have been waiting for this week for a while - finally the new building is beginning to take shape as the steel structure is erected.  We always knew the ground works would take a while with all the services having to be rerouted and links made with our existing boiler house etc.  We can now begin to imagine the additional space we are going to have with six additional classrooms and the spacious study area for the sixth form.  I have been assured that progress will speed up now which means we should be moving in after October half term.

My thanks go to all our parent benefactors as without your support we would not have had a successful bid to provide the facilities that will benefit all of the students here.  I would like to thank those parents still adding to our fundraising for furniture and ICT equipment.

Please look out for the next campaign newsletter explaining how things are going.
